Ingredients:
500g boneless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
3 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon chili flakes
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Season the chicken chunks with salt, pepper, paprika, and chili flakes.
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add the seasoned chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir to combine and let it simmer for 3-5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Sprinkle the chopped parsley over the chicken and stir to combine.
Serve hot, garnished with extra parsley if desired.
