Ingredients:

For the Stir-Fry:

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (thinly sliced)

8 oz (225 g) fresh shiitake mushrooms (stems removed, caps sliced)

1 red bell pepper (thinly sliced)

1 cup snap peas or green beans

3 cloves garlic (minced)

1-inch piece ginger (grated)

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

For the Sauce:

3 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons oyster sauce

1 tablespoon hoisin sauce

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with

2 tablespoons water (for thickening)

1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)Garnish:

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Sauce:In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes. Set aside.

2. Cook the Chicken:

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.Add the sliced chicken and stir-fry until golden and cooked through (about 5 minutes). Remove and set aside.

3. Cook the Vegetables:

Add the remaining tablespoon of oil to the skillet. Toss in shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry for 2 minutes until softened.

Add garlic, ginger, bell pepper, and snap peas. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are crisp-tender.

4. Combine and Sauce:

Return the cooked chicken to the skillet.Pour the sauce over the mixture and stir to coat evenly.

Add the cornstarch slurry and stir for 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens.

5. Serve:

Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.

Serve hot over steamed rice or noodles.
