This colorful and festive treat is a fun throwback to classic holiday sweets! The combination of chocolate, walnuts, marshmallows, and coconut makes it irresistible. Here’s how to prepare it:

Ingredients

1/2 cup salted butter

2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

1 cup chopped walnuts

5 1/2 cups (10.5-ounce package) rainbow-colored miniature marshmallows

1 cup flaked coconut

  1. Melt the Chocolate

In a saucepan, melt the butter and chocolate chips over low heat, stirring constantly.

Once smooth, remove from heat and let it cool slightly. This step prevents the marshmallows from melting when added.

  1. Combine Ingredients

Stir in the chopped walnuts and marshmallows into the cooled chocolate mixture. Let it sit for a few minutes to cool further if necessary.

  1. Prepare for Rolling

Lay a sheet of waxed paper on your work surface and spread the flaked coconut evenly over it.
