Ingredients:

2 cooked boneless, skinless chicken breasts, shredded

1/4 cup chopped onion

2 cups Bisquick

4 tablespoons cubed butter

2 cups fresh or frozen vegetables

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 1/2 cups milk

10.75 oz can cream of chicken soup

1 1/2 cups chicken stock

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

 

2. Place cubed butter in 9 x 13-inch casserole dish. Melt in the oven; remove when melted.

 

3. In a large bowl, mix Bisquick and milk; set aside.

 

4. Dissolve stock cubes in liquid chicken stock. Gradually combine with soup to maintain smoothness; set aside.

 

5. Assemble casserole in layers without mixing in this order: chicken, veggies, onion, cheese, baking mix, soup mixture.

 

6. Bake in preheated oven for 45-50 minutes until top browns.
