**Ingredients :**
– **For the cake:** sugar, flour, cocoa, yeast, eggs, curds, coffee, vegetable oil, vanilla.
– **For assembly:** strawberry icing, fresh strawberries, chocolate ganache.
**Instructions :**
1. **Cooking:** Mix dry ingredients, add liquids, pour into molds and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30-35 minutes.
2. **Assembly:** Alternate layers of cake with strawberry frosting and sliced strawberries. Cover everything with the remaining icing and add the chocolate ganache.
3. **Storage:** Refrigerate until serving and allow to come to room temperature before cutting.
