Hamburger Sausage & Pepperoni Pie

Ingredients:
Pie Crust: 1 box Pillsbury ready-to-bake pie crust (includes 2 rolled crusts)
Filling:
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 lb Italian sausage (optional)
1 cup pepperoni slices
1 1/2 cups pizza sauce or marinara
1 cup shredded cheddar or provolone cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Topping:
3 tbsp melted butter (for brushing the crust)
Directions:
1️⃣ Cook the Meat: In a skillet, brown the ground beef and Italian sausage over medium heat. Drain the fat and set aside. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
2️⃣ Layer It Up: Roll out the pie crust to fit a deep-dish pie pan. Place one crust on the bottom, layering with half the mozzarella cheese. Add the cooked beef, sausage, and pepperoni.
3️⃣ Sauce & Season: Evenly pour the pizza sauce over the meat, then sprinkle with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes.
4️⃣ Cheese & More Cheese: Layer the remaining mozzarella and cheddar/provolone cheese, followed by another round of pepperoni slices. Cover with the second pie crust, seal the edges, and brush with melted butter.
5️⃣ Bake to Perfection: Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling. Let it cool slightly before slicing.
