Ingredients:
– 1 lb ground beef
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– 4 large flour tortillas
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1 cup shredded lettuce
– 1 tomato, diced
– 1/4 cup diced red onion
– Ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise, for serving
Instructions:
1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat, breaking it up with a spatula, until browned and cooked through. Drain any excess grease.
2. Season the cooked beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.
3. Lay out the flour tortillas on a flat surface. Divide the seasoned ground beef evenly among the tortillas, spreading it out in the center of each tortilla.
4. Top each portion of ground beef with shredded cheddar cheese, lettuce, diced tomato, and diced red onion.
5. Drizzle ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise over the toppings on each tortilla.
6. Fold the sides of the tortillas in towards the center, then roll them up tightly to create wraps.
7. Heat a clean skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down on the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until the tortillas are crispy and the cheese is melted.
8. Remove the grilled cheeseburger wraps from the skillet and serve hot.
