3 tablespoons of sugar for caramelization

1 small box of heavy cream (approximately 200 grams)

395 grams of condensed milk

1 cup of milk

1 packet of unflavored gelatin

Add the condensed milk and heavy cream to the blender, and blend until the mixture is smooth and well-combined, which usually takes around 2 to 3 minutes.
