Ingredients:
3 tablespoons of sugar for caramelization
1 small box of heavy cream (approximately 200 grams)
395 grams of condensed milk
1 cup of milk
1 packet of unflavored gelatin
Instructions:
Begin by preparing the gelatin according to the instructions on the packet. Once dissolved, transfer it to a blender.
Add the condensed milk and heavy cream to the blender, and blend until the mixture is smooth and well-combined, which usually takes around 2 to 3 minutes.
Using a pudding mold, caramelize the sugar until it forms a rich golden caramel. Coat the sides and bottom of the mold with the caramelized sugar.
Pour the blended mixture into the caramel-coated mold, ensuring it’s evenly distributed.
Place the mold in the refrigerator and allow the pudding to set for approximately 3 to 4 hours, or until firm to the touch.
Once set, carefully remove the pudding from the mold by running a knife around the edges. Gently unmold the pudding onto a serving dish.
