Ingredients:

For the Protein:8 oz shrimp (peeled and deveined)

8 oz steak (sirloin or ribeye, sliced into strips)

2 tbsp Cajun seasoning (divided)

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp butterFor the Alfredo Sauce:

2 tbsp butter

3 cloves garlic (minced)

2 cups heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 tsp smoked paprika (optional)Salt and pepper (to taste)

For the Pasta:

12 oz fettuccine or penne pastaFresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Cook the Pasta:Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

Cook the pasta according to package instructions.

Drain and set aside.

2. Season the Protein:

Toss the shrimp with 1 tbsp of Cajun seasoning.

Repeat with the steak.

3. Cook the Shrimp and Steak:
