Ingredients:
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (or your preferred cheese)
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives (optional)
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Non-stick cooking spray or butter (for greasing)

- Preheat Oven
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease four small ramekins or an 8×8-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray or butter.
- Mix Ingredients
- In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs until combined. Stir in the cottage cheese, shredded cheddar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add chopped chives if desired.
- Pour into Baking Dish
- Divide the mixture evenly among the ramekins or pour it all into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
- Serve
- Allow to cool slightly before serving warm. Garnish with additional chives if desired.
