Bacon-Wrapped Jalapeño Popper Stuffed Chicken

Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2-3 jalapeños, seeded and diced
8 slices bacon
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Toothpicks for securing

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapeños, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Slice a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff with the cheese mixture.
Wrap each chicken breast with 2 slices of bacon, securing with toothpicks if needed.
Place the wrapped chicken in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the bacon is crispy.
